The premiere episode of NBC’s “Young Rock” has pulled in a massive rating. Over 5 million people watched last night’s show. The show was second in all of cable for the evening, falling behind only another NBC show, “This Is Us.”
Young Rock pulled in a 5.034 rating with a 0.9 in the coveted 18-49 spot. This is Us pulled in a 1.1 rating in the key demo.
SNL veteran Kenan Thompson’s new show debuted following Young Rock. It brought in 4 million viewers and a 0.8 rating in the 18-49 demo.
Young Rock was second for the night in most categories on cable behind This is Us. It did finish first for the night in the males aged 18-49 category, however.
